Questions
Is FuelInject free?
Yes. The app is free and supported by a small banner ad.
Do I need an account?
No. Choose "Continue without account" and everything works, with your data kept on your phone. Signing in with Google adds a cloud backup so you can restore your data on a new phone.
How is mileage calculated?
Full tank to full tank: the distance between two full fills divided by all the fuel added in between, so partial top-ups still count. If you also note how much fuel was left before filling, FuelInject can measure every fill, not just full ones.
Which vehicles are supported?
Bikes and cars running on petrol, diesel, CNG or electric. You can add as many vehicles as you like.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Reports export fuel, expenses and a summary as CSV files you can open in any spreadsheet app.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not yet. FuelInject is on Android first.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. You can also request deletion here.
